Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
All SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns.
If an order has not yet been shipped, customers may request to cancel the order.
Approved cancellations will be subject to a 6% restocking/cancellation fee based on the total purchase amount. This fee helps cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. If the new item has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the new item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mexicana Artesanías is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please make sure all order details, including the shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase. Mexicana Artesanías is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
